Have you ever walked into a store and thought to yourself, “wow, this is home.” Well, this wonderful feeling happened to me yesterday at the opening of the Boston General Store. I’ve been eyeing this store for quite some time (through their Instagram, of course) and I was so excited they were finally opening up a shop in Coolidge Corner.

The owner remembers the time she spent with her Nana making raspberry jam just as much as she recalls the mason jars they used every year. The owner, along with Olive–her adorable dog, provide us with goods and products that are sure to last a lifetime and help make our own amazing memories.

The Boston General Store handpicks all the products, most (if not, all) are produced in the USA–talk about local! They feature some of my favorite stuff like Dave’s Coffee Syrup, Kinfolk (the absolute best magazine), Bee Raw’s Raw Honey and many, many more! Their new store is rustic and homey and in a perfect location.
