It’s nice cream time!! Craving delicious, creamy and sweet ice cream without all the calories (or stomach pains, for my fellow lactards?) I’ve got you covered, my friend. It’s what people now a-days are calling “nice cream.”
What’s it made of? Bananas!!
- two frozen bananas
Chocolate PB Nice Cream
- two frozen bananas
- 1 tblps cocoa powder
- 1 tblps all natural peanut butter
Instructions
- Slice the bananas and place into a ziploc bag
- Freeze for at least two hours or more
- Place frozen banana slices into food processor
- Pulse for around 2 minutes until it forms a creamy and smooth consistency
- Note: It will first become a ball and then start to smooth itself out. Let the food processor do it’s job.
- Add additional ingredients
- Place in a freezer friendly container
- Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy
